Men's Health
At any age, talk to your PCP if you have risk factors or symptoms. You may need to be tested
earlier than the recommended age. Remember that there are still immunizations that you need to
receive. Tetanus-Diphtheria (Td) or Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (Tdap) vaccine is needed
every 10 years. Influenza vaccine should be received regularly starting at 50; prior to 50
discuss with your PCP. Regular well checks are important to stay active and healthy.
Remember to eat healthy, be active, maintain a healthy weight, do not smoke, and drink alcohol in
moderation.
