Men's Health

At any age, talk to your provider if you have risk factors or signs. You may need to be tested earlier than the suggested age. Remember that there are still immunizations (shots) that you need to receive. A Tetanus-Diphtheria (Td) or Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (Tdap) shot is needed every 10 years. An influenza vaccine (flu shots) should be received regularly starting at 50; prior to 50 discuss with your provider. Regular well-checks are important to stay active and healthy. Remember to eat healthy, be active, maintain a healthy weight, do not smoke, and drink in moderation.
